Field Inspection Services

For needed services which do not fall within the traditional seed certification, Quality Assurance, or Identity-preserved programs, GCIA will:
• conduct field inspections to determine if the variety meets its physical description

• conduct field inspections for inseparable other crops and weeds

• check for adequate isolation from other crops and varieties

• verify acreage

• check combines, storage, conditioning facilities

• provide training for producers, inspectors, and conditioners

• locate and recommend conditioners and producers
